No ingame background picture when at the dashboard.

I don't know how to explain it properly.
When starting a game there's usually an image background picture of that game(disc)
I just burned a game(Naruto The Broken Bond), and there's no background picture when starting the game, but the disc works fine. It's also the first time I burnt an XBOX360 game using ImagBurn.
Anyhow, just wondering if is this normal with this certain game or maybe I just missed something there because I tried to load other games and they have it.

I know what you mean. I think it has to do with being connected to the internet but I'm not sure. My burned copy of batman Arkham Asylum is like that and it's not connected to the internet.

i got that with my copy of crackdown however the game works fine and i was connected to the internet

I see, thanks for the inputs.
Also, I forgot to mention that I also borrowed my friend's burnt copy of Alan Wake and it has the ingame background, so I'm not sure what am I missing here.
I guess I'll have to check again the next time I burn a new game.

newer games have that picture on disk, older ones do not.
