Deleted MW2 Stimulus Pack - Help?

I had 3 (user) accounts on my playstation 3. I bought the stimulus pack on one of them, and was surprised when I could play it on the other two! I assumed that the download was not account-specific, at that point. I ended up deleting this account (with the stimulus pack) for some reason, and then discovered that my stimulus pack had been deleted and was unplayable from all 3 accounts.

My question:
Is this any way to "undelete" this account? Or at least, retrieve the data?

I really don't want to spend an extra $15 to rebuy the stimulus pack.

Make a new account on your PS3, then sign into PSN with the account you used to but the Pack. Go to the P Store and you can download it again for free :).
