hey tried to update my ps3 to v3.30 from a demo disk in opsm and it keeps stopping at around 45% and error code 8002F1F0 pops up any help with this problem would be very much appreciated cheers.

You can download the updates from a computer, and then put it on a USB Device formatted in FAT or FAT32. You may want to try that to update!
