on the eurovox if you rescan do the channels come up named and stay in favourites i.e. sly sports 1 because on my replay lite when i rescan i lose my favourites and a lot of the channels are just called TV CH and you have to find and rename yourself

well if you scan them in and everything else is on
try turn the box off from the plug for a min or 2 and see if that makes a difference to the name
but you will loose what channels you put in your favourites
also your box will be gone off soon aswell :(

what you mean "box will be gone off as well soon" i'm in south wales area

i hate to be the bearer of bad news
your area will soon have nag.3 encryption by your cable company
it hit ire last year NO FIX
uk this year 80% of the uk has already changed over and all the OLD dodgy boxes are unable to bypass it
read up on the nag.3 thread
also you can get the new starview.6 or the kryptview a780 both boxes are working around it, but you need broadband connected to box as long as you watch it

did you get box sorted ?
