WXRipper Unhandled Exception Error....Help Please

I put the dvd in and it reads the disk and I make sure its at least a 7.5gb movie but when I go to press the magic number button I get this error: Unhandled Exception and it won't let me go any further even when I press continue. I have the NET Framework 3.5 that someone told me should fix it but I had that before WX and I still have that error. Any suggestions on what the problem could be and how to fix it?
