JungleFlasher locking up computer

I a VIA6421 sata card. I installed it rebooted my PC then following the tut here and removed the driver. I have IOPort installed and .net installed. I have the 360 plugged in the port closest to the front. Do I need to plug my IDE cable in the VIA6421 and aswell the sata for the 360? I've redone this 4 times now and every time I start up my 360 and double click JungleFlasher my PC just stalls/locks or goes piss poor slow and never opens. I have XP on my PC by the way. Any tips would be great. Keep looking for ways to fix this and can't find any besides deleting the driver. What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind. Finally got it. I had the IDE hooked up to the sata card for some reason. I read it somewhere it had to be connected. I disconnected it and redid the process from the beginning and it flashed the Benq like a charm. Sorry about this.
