Upgrading HDD for JTAG

I currently an using a 160GB 5600RPM HDD for my JTAG console in an external HDD. I am looking at this HDD http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/S...4139&CatId=2459 This one is a WD 1TB 7200 RPM Black series HDD. Would this be a good HDD in regards to performance? With thie 56K RPM loading times can be VERY slow, and considering its like 6 or 7 years old.

that HDD is fine but you can find a way better deal then that if you look around.

I may look at NCIX as well, might be cheaper and less taxes.

EDIT: TD is $7 cheaper than NCIX including taxes and S&H so I think i'll stick with TD.

Another quick question, when I get this I have to format in Fat32? Or can I use NTFS?

What I would do personally, is connect the new drive via USB to my box, Settings/Memory, select the USB drive (new HDD you bought), and format. But that's assuming the HDD is detected immediately by the XBox.
