Jtag FTP transfer super slow

All of a sudden it's taking me like an hour to transfer a game. I thought I formatted this in FAT32 but yet I have to use FATx to connect it to my pc. Any thoughts?

and thats why its 1000000000000000000000 times easier to just dump the game onto a USB stick, and transfer that way, takes 8 minutes tops.

I tried to cut and paste this to my hdd1\games but it doesn't work. Is this how you move it? Get improper link on filezilla. Xexmenu cut and paste does nothing.
