Free60 JTAG question

I'm wondering if it's possible yet to play/xfer DLC on a banned console that's not JTAG'd. Last time I checked JTAG was the only way to get Free60 DLC from your PC to the system. Just wondering if there's a way to xfer from PC to a non JTAG'd system. I'm still on an old 1.4 ixtreme and using 360wavespatcher, which I might say is awesome and recommend to anyone that doesn't feel like updating their firmware or can't for any reason. Anyways thanks ahead of time.
