crazy...Anywho....Flashing my 1st 93450c...used the rebuild board and all and cant seem to erase the drive...

did you get a dump of the firmware first? Just send the erase again. Drivekeys suck. I would use a vampire.

Yeah...Im using xtractor 2 with vampire probe....dont know why it took me so many tries though...I got it done 20+ tries later...Just having the open tray problem now, but thats an easy fix....

yeah either replace or adjust the laser. I've dumped tons of the lite-on's with the vampire. I usually have to re-send the erase a few times. If that doesn't work, reboot the PC and it usually erases and writes on the first try ;)
