JTAG - Best USB Based NAND Reader/Writer??

I don't have a parallel port on my computer and was wondering what is the best NAND USB device available to use. The following are the only two production devices I have seen available. Not sure which one is the best or most useful and reliable.

Also is it true that PCI based parallel ports aren't usable due to address issues??
