FW 6.30 downgrading

I have done upgrade for my PSP 2004 slim and lite from FW 3.90 to 6.30.
Can I now downgrading it to a FW that I can download games and play on it?

Motherboard: I do not know. PSPIdent 0.4 can not read it( I have an error)

No, you will not be able to downgrade unless someone manages to break through it.

Try Pandora Battery. You "should" be able to downgrade with it. Your Date Code is 8B, so most likely you have a board that still supports the Pandora Battery.
There were some rumors that ofw 6.30 somehow managed to disable Pandora compatibility, but others said they already downgraded their PSPs.
And about the break through part: 6.30 was decrypted like one or two days after it was released.
