did you try asking the/your provider for the NAC unlock code?

also multiposting wont get you an answer any quicker but will get you a slap on wrist of a mods/administrator LINK

You can get the Nokia unlock code here http://www.unlock-free.com/ and also i got the unlock instruction in the same site....
