i have an iso (dragon age awakening)got it from (gamestorrents.com) and a dvd file
i checked the iso using abgx360 it passed (only video partiton was yellow)
im using an imation DVD+RDL disc
dont know about firmware and xtreme since im a noob
didnt set booktype since it faild
i burned using imgburn at 2.4x
when i put it in my 360 i either get a (unrecognizeble disc error) or (open tray)
i already have a alot of working burned copies that i bought & my 360 is modded
I need to know is it the torrent or the disc or the driver ?
I would recommend Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x. Get them at Best Buy around $40 for a pack of 20. I also recommend a Pioneer DL burner, because they automatically bitset to DVD ROM. Another thing to remember is to get the ABGX MOD, it should clear up the yellow partion note and the wave number will be in a aqua color. When you use imageburn make sure you have the correct layer break number. Good luck!

so i need better disc media i will look for something better like are sony & TDK discs any good ? and verbatim is no.
do i really need a new burner ?
what Is bitsetting to DVD ROM is it the same as changing book type in
in imgburn ? (which fails when i try to )
can you link the ABGX MOD ? (my console is banned is this really necessary)

I have never had any issues with Verbatim, I can't say anything about Sony & TDK disks because I have never used them. As far as bitsetting, bitsetting is what tells your burner what to format your disk to. If Imageburn doesn't recognize your burner than that probably means your burner can't change to DVD ROM. Thats why I recommended any Pioneer DL burner because you dont need to do anything, its done for you once you put in your DVD+R DL disk. If you go to ABGX360.net go to the download link and you should see a link that says something like "MODD". Click and download to computer NOT desktop. The program needs to be placed in our ABGX program file. And finally, yes you need to set the layer break in Imageburn, and will only need to do this once as long as you don't change it. All Xbox 360 games have the same layer break number. Since you said your Xbox 360 is already banned there is no need for the SSv2 patch or stealth patch for that matter.

Yes you will probably need better disks, and burner that can bitset. Since you were already banned I wouldn't worry about ABGX and most importantly, if your using imageburn you will have to use the layer break. Not sure if there is any way around this.
