HELP cant read discs to USB Config

I am trying to load Lego Batman to usb config loader and toy story 3
It keeps getting error #2 when I try to dump to my hard drive
I have version 4.1U and USB Config V5
Any ideas...
It is asking for system update when I load the disk but I am hesitant
Thanks and what do I need to do to get this working

You are missing a required ios . I believe ios 33 for Lego Batman . Not sure what ios Toy Story 3 uses .

I installed IOS 33 2 different versions and still am getting error read -2 message
Any ideas??

Just installed cios38 rev 17
Just updated usb config loader to 5.6c
How do I update cios 249???
I have dop ios program if that helps and internet connection.
I keep getting error message read error -2 everytime I try to rip lego batman
Help please

Also just downloaded NeoGamma Beta 9
No luck on either games....
Any ideas...
Has anyone gotten these games to load without performing system update it is asking?
