Wow. Old style, where did you get a PSP with a firmware that old?

First of all, you need MPH Downgrader to get back to firmware 1.50. Try Google, maybe you are more lucky than me, this is so old school I couldn't find it anymore and I don't have the files myself either.

Or upgrade to 2.71 http://www.psp-hacks.com/category/47 (you can use the US update, I used that one too on european PSPs)
Then use this here to go back to 1.50 http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755
