I'm having a lot of problems upgrading a HDD for a friends 360.
First I tried just replacing it with another. No luck
Now I'm trying to upgrade the 60 to a 120. I got the Scorpio BEV 120 like the tutorials online say. I try the hddss.bin hack. No luck. I get errors like DOS cannot access the enhanced mode, trying in legacy mode, no luck. I'm using a formatted MS DOS floppy to do the hack.
I've tried the -d tag to add the flash from the older 60GB HDD, same result, get error above.
HELP?? Should I just tell my friend to send it in or something? I already fixed his RROD on another machine and thought this would be EASY!
