Personally, I am very surprised they lasted this long...Zero was a great publication, and it was actually useful in the days when the internet was expensive, slow, and only of use to hackers and pirates...but in 1992, they changed the name to PC Zone, and started to focus on non-technical users. Unfortunately, their idea of a "non-technical user" is someone who has never used the internet...and most of those people don't speak english...nor can they afford to pay for a magazine.

But this is the main market of computer users, People like you and me know what to do if the computer breaks or is not working. Most of the population computer experience is pressing the power button and logging in to check facebook, which would be a reason why to change their market to sell more product. The next generation of people will be more internet friendly as the kids would of grown up to be nerds and today's young would be running everything but we will be narrowing down the population but until then this computer generation will push us forward and left stupid people behind.
