A New York judge rejected a plea for lenient sentencing when he determined photos of the defendant performing various charitable works were altered. Instead he sentenced Daryl Simon, convicted of credit card fraud, to almost 24 years (285 months) in prison. The sentence was more than 4 years more than the maximum under sentencing guidelines. he has lots of time to to do Big Bubba's Photoshop workshop, he will show him how to make a little hole into a bigger hole and add a filter haha

I'm pretty sure the judge didn't determine the photos were fraud. He probably had an expert look at them.

What a piece of SCUM! First he defrauds the People and then he tries to defraud the judge. Serves him right to get maximum sentence. I still don't understand how he can get +4 years added though. It must have been a separate charge.
