error 0022 problem not solved

I have 2 xbox 360s with the same error code. One of them, I actually got to power up a few minutes ago, but it went to some kind of screen & it said something about a disc read error. the screen did not look like the famous e74 screen it was different. I have no idea what the code was, but when I turned it back on red ligts showed up... for the 2nd xbox, 1st time it rrod it was error 1022. heatgunned & it worked for a month. 2nd tim it rrod it was 0022. I heatgunned it, same code. heatgunned again & the green light just blinks.. one thing that I noticed is cpu heatsink is not warming up at all. been doin relentless research all day. if anyone hear can help with info for either xbox (preferrably da 2nd one) i will be greatly appreciated.. thanks

0022 is a short circuit somewhere. Not going to be an easy fix and likely trash now

yea I'm starting to realize now that these are hard to fix... oh btw I noticed that on the backside of the motherboard directly under the usb ports where u plug in the controllers there is some solder melted together (dont kno how to word it but they got joined together from while I was heatgunning) would that alone cause error code 0022? if I could fix dat issue could that fix the rrod?
