Hello everybody. I am having a problem trying to flash my Xbox 360 which comes with a Hitachi 78FK drive. After I put in the slax 2.1/slax 2.0 disc, it skips the "spinning disc" part and goes straight to the slax login. My 360 never reaches "modeB". I connect my Sata cable to the internal SATA port and i'm not sure if my Dell picks it up. In the 2 sata ports (SATA 0 and SATA 1) I put the sata cable in port 0 if that helps. I read that you have to disable "RAID" from the bios and i couldn't find RAID anywhere. p.s. I am not using any PCI cards or SATA cards or whatever they are called. Just straight up hitachi to internal sata port. One problem that comes up is right before the slax loads, it says "Primary SATA 0 isn't found, Strike F1 to continue". COuld i get some help with this one? thank you!
ALRIGHT! I think I got it. I havent put in a flashed game yet but i have one last question. After everything was done with jungle flasher, should I use the firmware toolbox to finish flashing or was everything flashed after I flashed it with the IExtreme?
If it flashed iExtreme successfully you should be golden now. If you put in your game and it says play dvd, something went wrong with your flash. If it plays the game, congratulations.
"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."
