Just a wee querie mates!!! My box wrks great but when i try it mates house he only gets some channels? Some pay channels?? Any help please?

Bit more info needed, is it plugged into his bband? is he in a full N3 area? is he in a different area than you? if not it could need a re-scan, its not like the old boxs where ya just moved em and then done a re-scan for his area, a lot more variables in the mix

Knew you help iz oot mate!!! yes connected to broadband from his modem! No nag3 is well gone!! He is in same street!! What i never done is leave on standby for any lenghth of time?? never had to with others i have re-scanned!!! what he does have is a few other boxes running off his telepest main feed? just basic tv (old starviews). Not sure if that would affect his kryptview signal??

if its a weak signal yeah it could, but if its connecting and all looks well, do a scan on your provider and make sure its connected directly to the feed coming in and not off a splitter

if that dont work he may have to disconnect a few neighbours, if its old people he`s going to cut off make sure he cuts their phone cable aswell (they have no way of complaining then) he he lol
no serious he may need a cable booster (plug in type)
