Hi i have a chours mmds official box working in cork area i took to kerry () )i believe signal comes from clare) to holiday home wont work ,i had a eurovox tx working fine just had to get a different down converter this box will still work but most of channels gone.Any one any ideas please, box says server do not recognise receiver,thanks

what is the question your actually asking? About the offcial box or the Eurovox? The Euro is dead, so waste of time with that, the offcial box, is all the necessary items working properly? The aerial aligned correct? The downconvertor working? Cabling all ok and correct?

Hi Mickah yes aerial and downconvertor and cable all working with eurovox tx when i change to official box it will not work,thanks

as said before they have changed the area codes and that is why your subbed box from your own area wont work in your holiday home the tx is a different matter it will scan in any mmds area unlike the subbed box which will not

not on to the subbed box not that i know the dodgy boxes are different they pick them up by themselves

HI E45 thanks for taking time to respond to me if you hear any thing on that topic you might contact me,can smart card or card you have to use in box be copied or cloned.

no since the intruduction of N3 you cannot do nothing with the providers cards anymore so ya stuck till something is sorted
