help flashing benq drive please

Okay so I have a flashed benq drive..it is on LT v 1.1. I have a laptop and got a sata card card bus...the chipset im assuming is silicon image Sil 3112 SataLink controller...at least that is what jungle flasher sees...and i am powering the drive through the ck3 lite which is getting power from a external enclosure...power is not the issue because i can eject and close tray. I start jungle flasher 1.75b, and navigate over the MTK Flash 32 and I go to the I/O port that it is on (it says vendor-PBDS, Name-VAD6038-......)but can not for some reason get it into vendor mode...I have tried ever "routine" as outlined in the guide from jungle flasher. I have flashed on a desktop before but was using a different chipset. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?


Forgot to mention that it is on windows xp home edition running netframework 2.0

with sammy and benq the best i found was dosflash16, boot a usb stick into dos and select the port, power drive off and on and then its in vendor mode easy.

Could you elaborate a little more...I have a bootable flash drive already because I used it to make a bigger xbox hdd Are you saying you put it into vendor mode and then use jungleflasher to flash it?
