i need to use it on At&T Wireless USA

Phone was originally Sumcom. Says Restriction on. Wont let me use my current SIM card

tried free calculator thingy 3 times and didnt work i give up.

Some fones only allow you 3 tries,
Very few allow more than that,
You have to be exact on putting the details in them "calculator generators", (country its lockes to, network its locked ect.ect..) As they spit out 7 different codes, And you are ment to try no 7 first then 1 then 5
Have a look in the link below there are a few sites that generate just 1 code

If your fone is blocked from trying more codes other option is
Do you have a "China Town" where you live, As most 2nd hand or repair shops there will unlock with machine or computer for a fee £10 or ?10-15, Would not pay more unless fone is a rare 1

It isnt totally locked, just need a good code to get it to remove restriction so i can use it with my carrier.

Did you click on the link above to see if your fone is there!!
Also in most fones you can only try codes "3 times"
After that it dont matter if you have the proper code (it wont unlock)

my phone was restricted too..and i entered different codes coz i dunno where to get it i think i entered wrong codes for more than 10 times :(

but now i got the correct code but it says "CANNOT DO RESTRICTION"

is there any chance for my phone to get unlock???

no code will unlock your fone
but if you have a China Town where you live, you can ask in 1 of the repair shops there to unlock your fone with computer or machine
cost is @£10
