i know it might sound like you get this question alot but on youtube people are putting the xex menu on non jtag consoles i have tried this but can't do it because i have either the jasper or the falcon mother board and doesn't work on is there any other methods i could try

You cant put xexmenu on a non jtag xbox as they would be unable to run unsigned code. The videos you have been watching are fake.
