Alright so I have already modded one of these systems useing the ck3 + probe2 soderless kit so I know my set up is right but Im lost to why this one 93450 drive I have doesnt work. I got the key off of it in Jungle flasher and then after I went back and repaired the cuts useing a Circuit Writer pen the drive doesnt want to show up. I tryed all the tricks of turning it off and on but the drive just doesnt wana detect. Another note the drive also wont eject or respond to anything but does have power and does read when I used my multimeter on it. Any suggestions are greatly needed.

PS: To add to what I have tryed I removed all the glue. And was able to detect the drive again in JF useing the probes. I flashed it and then again after repairimg it with the glue I get no drive detected or drive action.

there are 3 fuses on that board i would suggest that you check each one of them to make sure one has not blown, also check your trace repairs and make sure they are not grounding out.

peluynati, what fuses are you speaking of? Diagram?

"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."

I see no mention of a multi meter. Did you even use one to check your traces?

My first post said I used a multimeter. The full board has power after the glue. And yet it doesnt detect in JF. But everytime I remove the glue and probe it JF picks it right up. Im really at a loss. Is the glue not good enough maybe? But if thats true I dont understand why the glue worked on the last one. Any more ideas?

what i would suggest is to do one trace with the glue, then try it in JF if it reads you know you have a problem with the other trace, does that make sense? it is obvious that one of the traces is getting grounded out, once you find which trace is causing the problem, then you can look closer into fixing the correct problem.
