I'm brand spanking new to this hex editing thing. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out hex editing a game save for MLB 10 the Show. I am playing the road to the show mode and it's absolutely ridiculous how hard it is to gain attribute points for your player. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most PS3 gamesaves are encrypted; this makes modifying them very hard. How hard? Well, if you have to ask, then it will be way too hard for you.

Well I found the offset to change the value. Now I need to bypass the checksum. I know the PS3 uses 3 main checksums (MD5, CRC32, & SHA1). I used a program to force the old CRC32 checksum to the file after I made the change but I have had no success w/the other two. Anybody have any pointers or suggestions to try??
