So I downloaded the retail copy and burned it to a disc. I started to play it but I didn't use my profile. I have two 360s one for burned games and one for online. I'm thinking if I use my profile to unlock the achievements and then play online in other games that I'll get banned. Does anyone know if this is true? I know you can switch between consoles and not get banned.

I wouldn't use your GT profile. Just create a different profile and save it on a USB drive or different HDD etc. Just get the achievements with your GT profile when the game is actually released.
