Fortune has reported today that Apple iPad orders are finally shipping within 24 hours, the first time the tablet has shipped within a day since its launch in April.
It took 170 days for supply to catch up to demand on the popular tablet.
Apple has been struggling to get production moving since the iPad sold out during launch weekend.

In all honesty why is this in the news? Seriously, people that care will know the delay when they call into the carrier; it doesn't matter if Apple has 3 week delay and of course it will be delayed more for AT&T clients because apple now sells directly from the Apple store, on top of if they ship a million units out to AT&T, AT&T needs time to distribute it through out their locations, hence the added delay.
Either way, pointless discussion, pointless article.
