just bought a USED xbox 360 pro console, but when i intsalled it to the tv, the 3 red rings came flashing, I'm asking anyone who knows gamespot policy on returning or exchanging a used 360 thanx

I believe gamespot has a 30 day return policy. If you're beyond the 30 days I would suggest you have it reflowed, or try reflowing yourself using w00ly's heatgun method.

That is why you should never buy a used console ever. 360's break left and right. They are junk but at the same time the best gaming console on the market. You should invest in a new one. You'll have a lot less change of a red ring.
