if you want online then you MUST use the DL-DVDs but as for offline then you got to JTAG it.

Mods are like games.....GO BIG OR GO HOME!!

There's a new hack out, it involves unzipping files to a USB. No need for flashing or JTAG. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know how legit it is, head on over to XboxISO (website) and go to DVD Game Downloads, you'll see guides there.

Hope this helps.

Link?

I use that site a lot and haven't seen anything like that

EDIT - I see it now, it's in the xbox360 demos section. Looks like it works alright.

No.

Download the files and extract them them.
Open USBXTAF and insert profile folder into content folder.
Then insert game folder into the 0000000000000000 folder.
Start your Xbox 360 and Go to arcade section.
Then sign in using the guide button to the Hacked profile .
Run the game.
When you get to the main menu of the game press the guide button and sign out and sign into your account.
Return to game and play the full game.

Quick question, I have read that doing this is safe and will not cause you to get banned. But, does anyone have any insight as to why this is considered safe practice? I mean isn't easy for Microsoft to monitor which consoles are logging into these hacked profiles and coming up with some sort of penalty for doing so? I dont think it would be a console ban considering your console is not modified but I'm sure they could ban your profile or something, any thoughts?

I reckon they won't ban you but whenever the November update comes around it'll be patched.

I have 2 xboxes, 1 xbox that is old enough to be JTAGd and I already have a flashed xbox. Do you have a link how to run XBLA games on a JTAG? I'm considering getting the JTAG done but would like to see how complicated it is. I have an external HDD

Also any luck with playing XBLA titles via USB on a flashed console? If that works then I won't bother getting my other one JTAGd

I'm not online on either (I have a third xbox for that- no I'm not joking) so I would like advice on the quickest easiest cheapest way to get XBLA games running without the need to contemplate getting banned.
