i was reading this article yesterday dont know if its legit. I never go online with my flashed 360 anyway but what u guys think?

Yes, it's bound to happen, just like it happens every year. These forums will blow up when the ban wave starts. If you flash your console and connect to Live, you take a huge risk of being banned. Most people realize this when they choose to flash their drive, but there will be tons of peeps crying that they got banned. They think they're safe just because they're using stealth firmware (LT). It's always a cat and mouse game with M$. Some things never change. (LT) might be safe and undetectable as of now, but who really knows for sure how long? Of course, if you never go on live then you have nothing to lose.
