I have a spoofed dvd drive, my old drive doesnt work anymore, replaced the laser and still doesnt read any game, so, If I replace the spoofed one with my old drive, just to update and get some dlc, you guys think Illl get banned???

If you use the stock firmware (not iXtreme) the only way I can see you being banned is if you were already flagged to be banned, perhaps from a previous iXtreme flash or modding the game like the 10th prestige hack in MW2. Simply replacing/spoofing the drive though I'm pretty sure you'll be safe. Besides microsoft usually bans in waves so if you've been online since the last ban wave in november and weren't banned then then you're probably safe
mmmm well I only used original firmware, Im against piracy, and I looged to XBL during banhammer wave after I took out my old drive, and nothing happened, but well, I guess I need to try, the thing is, banned xbox means, corrupted DLC and saves right????
