Hi guys. I looked in the stickies and didn't see anything.

I have a PS3 with 3.15. I (obviously) don't want to take it online to update so it appears that my only option is to update with a flash drive.

If I do it that way, would I have to implement each and every update from 3.15 up to 3.41, or could I just flash 3.41 on top of 3.15.

Good question I remember not updating my ps3 for a while (I think it missed about 2 updates) and when I finally did update I didn't have to go through all of the previous updates before going to the latest. So I'm pretty sure that you don't need to go through all of that, just get the 3.41 update and flash away.

I jumped from 3.15 to 3.41 with no issues.

I also disconnected my ps3 from the net first. Pretty sure that's not necessary, but I was paranoid about it trying to check for newer firmwares during the update process.

If you install the latest update. It includes everything from any previous update.

Over at ps3hax they have each update available.

And yes, you guys are right. Thanks. I went from 315 straight to 341.
