MAKING AN ISO FILE WITH A MAC

I'm using mac os x 10.3.3 and i need to make iso files in order to back-up my games. I downloaded that mac xbox tool and I can't figure out how to use it. It only seems as if extracts. Does any one know how to use it to creat iso files or know where i can get a guide; or is there a better program to use.
