o hai.
well as i was trying to figure out how to get my KH:BS to work I went to the recovery menu (R button) and accidentally pressed X on Run program at /PSP/Game/Recovery/EBOOT.PBP
now my psp only shows a black screen. I can still access the recovery But I don't know what to do :(
I believe I'm at cfw 5.5 Gen D3
not really sure though. Is there a way to check what firmware psp is on without accessing the XMB?

Well anyway that's my story (I know I'm an idiot)
Been looking around the internet for similar problems but I couldn't find a solution.
maybe I wasn't looking at the right place.

Please help me...

What was in /PSP/Game/Recovery/EBOOT.PBP ?

What can fix it. If you go to the recovery menu and then load the USB. you can put a recovery Eboot in the /PSP/Game/Recovery/ and that might fix it for you

Thanks for replying.
Actually there was nothing in the PSP>Game folder

However I do have a RECOVERY folder located in PSP (not in the game folder)
but I don't know if i downloaded the correct recovery eboot.
There's more than 1 file in the RECOVERY folder
RECOVERY:
decyptprx.prx (4kb)
extprxs.pbp (44kb)
libpsardumper.prx(5kb)
UPDATE.PBP (13,575KB)
EBOOT.PBP (63 KB)

Edit: K i just put the whole RECOVERY folder I had into PSP>>Game folder and did that Run Pragram at /PSP/Game/RECOV/EBOOT but the same thing happens: Black Screen, Memory flash orange then psp turn off.

does it have to do with my configure settings?

This is what I have on Configuration:
Skip Sony Logo: Disabled
Hide Corrupt icons: Disabled
Game folder homebrew: 5.XX kernel
Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP: Disabled
UMD mode: Sony NP9660
Fake Region: disabled
Use VshMenu: Enabled
Xmb usb device: Memory Stick
Use M33 network update: Enabled
Hide Pic0.png: disabled
use version.txt: disabled
Hide Mac address in Sys info: Disabled

Easiest way is to get a pandora battery and use Hellcats recovery flasher to reinstall custom firmware

If you have a pandora battery and a magic memory stick then you can fix/update anytime you want
