I have no device available to JB it, but I do have a PSP, I heard someone is porting PSGrove or something like that to the PSP, is this true?
Does the PSP even have the hardware to JB a PS3?

People are working on it but its proving to be harder than they first thought, which is why its taking so long. They say it is possible but the coding needs to be right.

You can buy this link and use the "xbox-scene" code for 15% off. Then read here link for instructions. But use this link hex file.

Not yet, still waiting for my board to arrive. Diygadget has free shipping, but it's through the postal service. To keep it cheap, they don't have tracking numbers and it can take a while to show up. Also, I just checked to see if the code was still valid but it looks like they cut the discount in half.
The xbox-scene and ps3-scene forums both have many people who used this board and it worked. A few had problems because they didn't read the directions through or realize that you're supposed to use the psgroove hex (Ported to PIC instead of avr, then modified again for SPI support) instead of the hex the tutorial (from the board manufacturers wiki) mentions.

I have one of these boards with a blank pic, let me know how yours goes and how you installed the hex file.
Thanks
Mike

It just arrived. I installed MCHPFSUSB1.3, the board arrived with the jumper in bootloader mode. Connect the board to the PC, manually installed the drivers from the MCHPFSUSB install folder. Opened the program, chose my device from the drop down menu. I clicked load Hex, chose my V1.3 Crazy LED 2455 12hx hex file. A popup appears with yes, no and cancel. You have to choose cancel for it to work right. Then click program device and wait for it to finish. Unplug it and move the jumper back to it's non-bootloader mode (for this board, over one pin). Done. You can plug it back in to your PC and you should see a popup saying that a generic usb hub is installed and then another message that a device is malfunctioning. That's it.
