I have a question i hope someone can help me with i have a 74850c i took this out my xbox 360 and replaced it because i kept getting an open tray message i replace the drive and that problem went away. I kept the drive (i don<t know why). i also just recently tried to flash one of the 9000 drives and failed miserably i messed up the board on it but the drive is still brand new so here<s my question can i take the drive off the 9 series and put the board from the 7 on it and make it work. Thanks for any help anyone can give me

Yes. All Lite-Ons are physically identical. If you put the board from the 74850 into the 93450, it then BECOMES a 74850.
