Can not play movie due to regional limitations ?

I'm still getting this message. I've reduced the movie to 4.35gb and used DVD decryptor to burn it to a dvd-r disk. This the third disk that I have tried. What am I doing wrong?

You did not say what program you used to compress with. DVD Shrink?

When you select "Backup!", go to the DVD region tab and tick the region free box.
