I don't have any device to jb my ps3, and I'm not gonna buy a htc phone or ti-84 just to jb the ps3, although I have a psp, I heard someone is porting jb clone to psp, so should I wait for the psp port?
Or is there any cheap ways to jb the ps3? I heard of teensy, it's supposedly around $20-30, is there anything cheaper? Like less than $20?

1.) The PSP port is a no-go. Word is that it would be far too complicated to port it over.
2.) Unless you already own one of those instruments, then I don't think so. The Teensy board is your best bet.
I remember hearing somebody somewhere saying they were working on a dongle that would only be $5, but I don't remember hearing anything else about it.

if you look at the cost of jailbreak vs what you can save on games you should not worry about $30 . im in the uk and did it on a ti 84 and it is easy.

OI didn't buy it just to jailbreak my ps3 but I have loved my HTC phones.
First I had the G1 but now I have the incredible and it never ceases to amaze me with the thing I can do with it.
Sure you could spend $25-30 on the various things out there that work, is sell the PSP and put that money towards a phone, even if its a used one.

I'm sure atmel has ramped up production in response to the sudden 3-month backorder on about a dozen of their chips...right now a lack of these chips is driving prices sky high; once the market it flooded with them, we should see the price of these keys drop quite a lot; we should then see quality units under $20...under $5 on ebay (but with $20 shipping).

There is a PSP loader coming for the PS3 soon, so you won't need your PSP unless you like playing it away from home that is.

Isn't that the only use? I mean...the graphics and gameplay are similar to a PS2, but without the sticks. Who would play it at home when they have a PS3?

Can one still buy a PS3 Jailbreak that allows you to back up your games?
I tried to purchase one from ozmodchips but the ruling in Australia forced them to issue everyone a refund.
I still have not updated my firmware on my PS3.
