Just to let you know i am all up & running, did not have to use the disc that come Solwise Plugs working ok + if anyone orders some you do get a bit cable to plug into the switch included.
Regards the RTE(Ireland) channels though they are up on the listings i take it you will only get these if your a resident in Ireland or will we be getting them here?
Thanks again for all the advice, excellent!

Net ID is this in my case Oxford, when i was connecting box to pc the only area come up was my area Oxford, which i presume is the rite one, another pal who has just got one also told me he has RTE as well but no pictures, so if i have done wrong can i get it anyway?
Thanks for the PM as well, i will forward it on to my pal.

Hi again, have noticed (well the wife has!!!) that the picture seems to be 'freezing' pretty often, and message sometimes comes up as well saying channel 'scrambled'. I checked the leads were all pushed in ok, anyone else have the same problem as me? Would this have anything to do with the Solwise plugs?

Virgin Cable connected straight into box, both solwise plugs are connected to extension leads, one has 4 plugs, tv, box, solwise plug, wii. While upstairs i have a tower with protection for pc, this has router, pc, monitor, solwise plug, printer.
Re signal & quality % well it varies all sly sports for example is s 88 q 86, my wife told me she noticed it more on e4 just tried it now and i have nothing at the moment as the chanel has gone completely and 'scrambled or no video', just tried another chanel by random Brravo and that was s 88 q 96
