These dongles do work, I recommend getting a teensy or maximus AVR board and programming it yourself. Mostly all games run on the internal HD except for a few, and off the external HD less games work. Its always best to use your own rips and run them off the internal HD.

They do work, why else would Sony be trying so hard to stop distribution of them.
But not all games work, some need to burned onto a dvd, others only work on internal hdd, others require install.
SO best getting a large internal drive, cos games with files over 4gb in size wont work on an external hdd.

Jailbreak only works with firmware 3.41, but ppl are workign on getting it on lower firmware versions. It currently does not work at all with 3.42 or 3.50 as sony have blocked it on those.
Its recommended to not go online with your jailbroken console for now, wait until someone creates a work around so sony cannot detect you.
