can you replace the motherboard and the gpu and cpu without flashing the disk drive to match the new motherboard?

no, your basically taking about a new xbox... Drives are cheap that other crap isn't. The drives and mobos are paired.

im trying to fix a overheating cpu from the three red rings i have multiple xbox 360's thats why i was asking

Regardless of what your trying to do you need to make sure that the keys on the drive's FW match the cpu.
