i want tape programmes via the above i can hear audio on my channels but when i try to record, it records ok
but no sound ive been to the manufact home page but no help once i get a sucesful recording iltransfer to dvd
so theres the link however tenuous

From my understanding, this is more of a TV tuner card than a video capturing device.
You may try updating the drivers for the software and your sound card.
And looking at the manufactures site, i see that it only captures in mono.

Within XP is moviemaker. though Iv'e never tried, I hear it does capturing.
