Can't run exploit on TI-84+!!need help

I am using the PS3JB on my TI-84 to exploit my PS3. But when I am running the PS3JB on my calculator then turn on my ps3 then hit eject, my ps3 can not recognize my calculator. It just say "an unknown device.." on the top right. My calculator will appear "Working.." BUt it ll never be done. My firmware on my ps3 is 3.41. Also, my calculator is fully updated to 2.53. Help would be appreaciated!!

Did you unplug your ps3 plug it back in and then press the power then eject button?

Did you unplug your ps3 plug it back in and then press the power then eject button?
I tried that too but same deal..

I tried that too but same deal..
THe only step I skipped on is step 4. It ask to check the "Device operating system". I am using a mac so I dont have that step to check on the TI Connect. Can that be the problem???
