jairomalo, are you talking about actually hosting the games on the website's server? Like not just torrents or NZBs or telling people where/how to get the games but actually putting the iso files on a server and letting people dl them? If that's the case then NDarkness is right, you'd be going to the slammer and/or be sued a 100x over.
