flashing xbox 360 with my laptop. Is this all I need?

I am trying to flash my xbox using my laptop, but I have a few questions,

What do you need the Rosewill RC-608 ExpressCard to CardBus Adapter for? I have the SATA Serial ATA 2 Port CardBus PCMCIA PC Card. Will it work just using this?

Is this enough alone to flash my xbox (top link)

or do I need this aswell..

It might work, if you already have everything you think you might need then go ahead and try it. You wont screw anything up because if that card doesn't work, you wont even be able to see your 360 in jungleflasher, assuming you did everything else correctly.

Beacause I don't really wan't to take my xbox apart for no reason. And also what do I connect this to on my 360?

your obviously going to have to take it apart eventually and it isn't hard. You'll connect the dvd drive inside your 360 to the sata card via a sata cable - you'll see once it is open. If you don't have a connectivity kit, you can use the xbox to power the drive. But I have no idea if that card will work, I know usb/sata bridges don't work. You're going to have to ask yourself if buying a new card is worth being lazy and not taking 15 min to find out.

That card should work. A bunch of people at the bottom of the page gave reviews saying they used it to flash their 360s
