I COPY DVDs 2 help with dvd43

I just bought I copy dvds 2,loaded a dvd , the program said css encrypted I followed the links here, downloaded dvd43 installed it , the program now recognized the dvd and started to copy the dvd I had in my computer , which was "The Princess Diaries" which I did not want a copy of . so I cancelled the program, put in th edvd that I did want to copy and the program froze up every time it started. I Uninstalled the program and the dvd 43 and reinstalled both. Now the smiley / devil / green face is all that will come up. I'm bummed and don't have enough knowledge to try anything else. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Help?? I tried... Do you have PowerDVD or WinDVD? If so, try playing with those, run for a minute or so and close out. Sometimes this will unlock your drive. Also you stated that your bummed that you don't have knowledge to try anything else. Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.

When using Shrink and Decrypter:
1) Open Shrink, open disc
2) Click "backup!"
3) Change Target Destination to "ISO Image File"
4) Check box to Launch DVD Decrypter
5) Click ok, and let do it thing.

Remember to close all other programs and windows. Run only Shrink, Decrypter will run automatically.
