I want to buy some ink for my new r200, so i will have a replacement for when my ink runs out. I was wondering if it matters of its genuine epson ink or generic. I would also appreciate if someone could give me a link to a good trusted store.

I just bgt and hooked up my R200. I am a believer of going with genuine epson cartridges. The only experience I've had with generics is using some years ago on an Epson Stylus Color (their first inkjet I believe) and they printed horribly compared to the real McCoys.

I have read on the forum that some members are having luck with generics. Maybe they are better today, I don't know. I figure that the cost of genuine isn't much more over the long haul so why try to be penny wise and dollar foolish.

I have always purchased my toners etc from databazaar.com. They always offer free shipping and their stuff is fresh. I also noticed that the Epson website is very competitive with their prices and S/H is only $1.50 ground. Hope this helps...regards

I just got mine san, ink and I know it was a mistake but thats history.. I got my from

So far it has done GREAT!!! What I'm curious about is the ink level indicators show that it's hard on ink. I have only printed 2 disks and 6 or so sheets and 3 pics.
